NicheOps legal

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of NicheOps, operated by Younes Benarbi, an auto-entrepreneur registered in Morocco. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using NicheOps, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. NicheOps is available worldwide where legally permitted. If you use it for a team or business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

2. The NicheOps service

NicheOps provides research and workflow tools for print-on-demand sellers. A free account includes Product Search and the Keyword Processor. Paid workspace plans may include Niche Operations, Kanban workflows, Research Planner, Research Vault, Listing Ops, team roles, comments, and notifications.

Temporary testing access may be granted privately at our discretion and is not part of the public free account. We may improve, add, change, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts and team access

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to [email protected]. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the people they invite, the roles they assign, and activity performed through their workspace.

4. Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the research, keywords, listings, files, comments, and other content you submit. You give NicheOps the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content so we can provide and secure the service.

You may not use NicheOps to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, upload malicious content, access another workspace without permission, bypass security or seat limits, scrape or overload the service, or misuse third-party platforms.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices, included seats, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks.

You may cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewal, and paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.

If a renewal payment fails, access may continue while Lemon Squeezy retries the payment. Paid workspace access ends if the subscription becomes unpaid after the final retry.

6. Seven-day refund policy

You may request a refund of your first subscription purchase within seven calendar days of that purchase by emailing [email protected]. Monthly renewals are not included in this voluntary seven-day policy, except where required by law or processed by Lemon Squeezy under its payment and chargeback rules.

7. Cancellation, retained work, and deletion

Ending a paid plan does not automatically delete your workspace data. We may retain your previous work so it is available if you purchase a workspace plan again. You may separately request account or data deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some billing, security, audit, dispute, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required by law.

8. Intellectual property and no guarantees

NicheOps, its software, interface, branding, and original content remain our property or that of our licensors. NicheOps is a workflow and research tool—not legal, tax, trademark, or marketplace advice.

We do not guarantee sales, profits, rankings, marketplace approval, product availability, trademark safety, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service. You are responsible for reviewing your products, listings, marketplace rules, and intellectual-property risks before publication.

9. Suspension and responsibility

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, respond to non-payment, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NicheOps is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, marketplace decisions, or business results. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Privacy, governing law, and contact

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Morocco unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised date here. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
