1. Who we are
NicheOps is operated by Younes Benarbi, an auto-entrepreneur registered in Morocco. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit NicheOps, create an account, use research tools, join a workspace, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use NicheOps, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, account credentials, authentication events, and security records.
- Workspace content such as niches, research, keywords, listings, files, assignments, comments, and team activity.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, session records, error logs, and optional browser push-subscription information.
- Plan, subscription, invoice, and payment-status information supplied by Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
- Messages and information you send when requesting support or exercising a privacy right.
3. How we use information
We use this information to operate and secure NicheOps, authenticate accounts, provide research and workspace features, manage team access, deliver requested notifications, provide support, maintain subscriptions, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
NicheOps does not currently use advertising analytics, and public NicheOps features do not send customer content to external AI services.
4. Providers and sharing
We share information only when needed to provide the service, protect NicheOps and its users, comply with law, or complete a transaction. Our principal service providers are:
- o2switch for application hosting, database infrastructure, and cPanel email delivery.
- Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record for checkout, subscriptions, applicable sales taxes, invoices, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Browser push infrastructure when you voluntarily activate desktop notifications.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and browser storage
NicheOps uses only the cookies and browser storage needed for account access, security, preferences, workspace operation, and optional desktop notifications. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Retention, deletion, and security
Cancelling or ending a paid subscription does not automatically delete workspace data. We retain it so that your previous work can be available if you purchase a workspace plan again.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may retain limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, audit, dispute, and legal records when reasonably necessary or required by law. Team-workspace deletion may also require verification of ownership and the rights of other members.
We use access controls, workspace separation, protected credentials, and security logging to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. International use, changes, and contact
NicheOps is operated from Morocco and is available worldwide where legally permitted. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
NicheOps is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change and will post the revised date on this page.
